摘要
Sweet sorghum (Sucrosorgo 304) juices were analyzed for N, K, P, Ca and Mg contents to establish the effect of fertilizing methods on the juice compn. and used for prodn. of EtOH by yeast fermentation (Saccharomyces cerevisiae SIHA Active Yeast 6). The Et0H yield was 29.2-33.7 kg/t of juice and was increased with the increasing N content in the juice. The best results were achieved when the sorghum was fertilized with high doses of urea.
