摘要：

This case describes a 68-year-old manwho presentedwith the acute onset of nausea, vomiting, and right flank and groin pain the morning after receiving manipulative therapy to his back by his chiropractor. The patient arrived hypertensivewith acute kidney injury. Further imaging revealed a subcapsular hematomawith significant compression of renal parenchyma, resulting in a Page kidney.
