摘要：

In the context of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) inflow, how to obtain a comparative advantage of Chinese local manufacturing industry supply chain management in the competition becomes particularly important. In the analysis of the inadequacies of the traditional local manufacturing supply chain model and the traditional mode of supply chain modal, which are put forward by producers oriented and customer-oriented of international manufacturing management mode, and analyze Chinese local manufacturing Lean Agile Supply Chain Management mode in the context of FDI ( Foreign Direct Investment) inflow.
