摘要
In order to minimize the energy consumption, reduce the bagasse pol and moisture in bagasse, make the mills more stable and improve the environment for workers, an automatic distribution control system (DCS) has been developed which consists of automatic control of balanced feed sugarcane, automatic control of header tank, automatic control of maceration water and monitoring of roll temperature. This system has been applied in two sugar mills and the results show that it has good effects in the aspects of completing crush, saving energy consumption, improving the extraction rate and reducing moisture of bagasse. It provides a trend for future upgrade of cane mills, and we will popularize it to more sugar mills next.
