摘要：

At present the pumping units are used widely in oil fields, their main problems are wasting energy, low efficiency. While a linear motor pumping unit removes many shift gears structures, turn the traditional circum rotary drive into linear reciprocation drive, which made the units have more perfect motion performance, dynamic performance, and balance performance. The low permeability oil field's production mechanism is discussed, the properties and working principle of the linear motor is also analysed, furthermore the linear motor reciprocating pump production technology scheme is proposed in this paper. The test results prove that the oil production technology is effective to improve efficiency for oil production plant because it can solve the problems of side wearing, improve energy utilization rate, extend inspection pump and repair well cycle.
