摘要：
This study was conducted to explore the importance of employability skills of secondary school graduates through employers' perspective. The data was collected through an interview and a survey with the employers / supervisors from many companies or from business owners in the Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate (ESIE). The findings showed that the skills or abilities required for a high potential of employment were consisted of Personal management skills, Fundamental skills and Teamwork skills.
