Photorefractive effect in ZnGeP2 single crystal

摘要
The photorefractive effect in a diamondlike single crystal of ZnGeP2 has been studied for the first time. This phenomenon can be used for holographic data recording in ZnGeP2 crystals. Two-wave mixing in the bulk of ZnGeP2 has been studied. The diffusion length of photogenerated charge carriers, the Maxwell relaxation time, and the product mu tau of the charge carrier mobility and lifetime have been determined.
