摘要：
Non linear curve fitting for execution of milling operation on Computer Numerical Control machining is always challenging. This paper focuses on fitting nonlinear curve and generation of time optimal trajectory to perform slot milling operation using NX CAM. Virtual simulation of trajectory is tested with various experimentation conditions and executed using Siemens 828D controller. Simulation and actual experimentation result is then compared with Multilayered Perceptron based Neural Network and optimum cutting parameters for time optimal trajectory is calculated.
