Consumers use electronic commerce to purchase a variety of goods and services online, including books, flowers, cars, food, banking, music and other forms of entertainment. Businesses also use these models to improve internal communication, help manage supply chains, conduct technical and market research, and locate potential customers and business partners. The U.S. Census Bureau of the U.S. Department of Commerce Web site (http://www.census.gov) is an example of an organization using many of these electronic commerce business models. Clearly, consumers decision to purchase some services or goods online is often dependent on satisfaction of previous buyers or features which for a current buyer are essential but they are not listed in the electronic commerce business model the customer wants to use. We claim that the query answering system for DKS proposed in [5] jointly with action rules proposed in [3] and extended in this paper to distributed agents framework can be effectively used to address this problem.
