Research on Ship Management Information System Based on Safe Expiration Source

Against actual movement characteristic of Shipping company and occurrence mechanism of sea accident, with the combination between information technology and security theory, this paper proposes design process and the characteristic of the ships safety management information system, which argues that it is necessary for enhancing the shipping enterprise's security that does the effective record, memory, and the continuous additional record and the memory for the person - ship environment and the management information. It can realize the Information Oriented navigation management and the dynamic security evaluation which may enhance Ships marine navigation security that withdrawing the record, carrying on the preliminary data statistics to the withdrawing record, and outputting the data source which may be used with modem data processing method in the special condition.
