摘要：
Infections in patients with rheumatic diseases may be difficult to diagnose early because of the underlying disease manifestations. Immunosuppressive therapies predispose these patients to typical as well as opportunistic pathogens. Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus are prone to infection of the CNS, lungs, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis are at increased risk of infections, especially septic arthritis and osteomyelitis. New therapies may increase the risk of mycobacterial disease.
