Analysis of two Webs for learning languages: activities to advance the speaking

摘要
Learning languages through Web 2.0 is increasing in our environment. Most of the users use different resources from the Websites to carry on learning a second language. Moreover, educational contexts are integrating all the resources and tools to support and improve teaching a second language at different levels. Hence, departing from integrating Web 2.0, learning languages have increased in a way where people can interact and use tools to improve their speaking skills. For that reason, the main aim of the article is to reflect on the activities whose aim is to improve the speaking skills in fundamental levels. To cover the main goal, it is analysed two Webs of learning a second language. Websites analyse technical and pedagogical aspects through different rubrics from the LINGUAPP project. The results show differences between the evaluated Websites. According to the technical and pedagogical aspects, the results of the scores from the Websites are considerably low. It is clear that the Websites offer activities for advancing the speaking skills, nevertheless, it could be necessary to keep working on tools to improve these skills
