摘要
This document analyzes the structural integrity of several tubes of material P91 [Tan M, Celard NJC, Nikbin KM, Webster GA. Comparison of creep crack initiation and growth in four steels tested in HIDA. Int J Pres Ves Pip 2001;78(11-12):737-747, Shibli IA, Le Mat Hamata N. Creep crack growth in P22and P91 welds - overview from SOTA and HIDA projects. Int J Pres Ves Pip 2001;78(11-12):785-793, U. Gampe, P. Seliger, Creep crack growth testing of P91 and P22 pipe bends. Int J Pres Ves Pip 2001;78(11-12):859-864] used in a power plant. The appearance of three failures in different steps of the plant construction process requires a detailed an in-depth analysis to be performed in order to determine whether this will lead to the generalised failure of the rest of components or whether, on the other hand, the actions performed after the failures (post-weld heat treatment) are enough to ensure the correct operation of the plant.
