摘要
During a 9-year study period (1986 to 1995) in a single-center cardiac rehabilitation program, there were 4 major cardiovascular complications during 268,503 patient exercise hours, giving a frequency of 1 major complication per 67,126 patient exercise hours (1 cardiac arrest per 89,501 patient exercise hours, and 1 myocardial infarction per 268,503 patient exercise hours), There were no fatalities, Retrospective risk stratification was not helpful in identifying these patients.
