摘要
Based on a method of LMI, parts of retarded state and retarded input are considered of in the observer, and a kind of Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is made use of, thus the problem of adaptive controller on delay parameters design is discussed for this class of linear time-delay control systems via a type of memory dynamic output feedback observer-based control. The sufficient condition of its solution is given with proof for stability of the close loop system.
