摘要
Raman scattering studies of Cu(6)PS(5)Hal (Hal = Cl, Br, I) fast-ion conducting single crystals are reported. General, though not explicit, assignment of the vibrations is performed. LO-TO splitting of the high-frequency internal vibrations of PS43- anions is observed. Raman studies of mixed Cu6P(SexS1-x)(5)I and Cu6P(SexS1-x)(5)Br crystals exhibit complicated compositional behaviour.
