摘要
Electrical energy supply on a sustainable, rapid and healthy development is an essential industry of any national economy. China is producing and consuming large quantity of electrical of energy, however how to balance the energy, economic and the environment is a major strategic issue. In China the use of coal as a primary fuel source a great impact on the environment. Chinese government is keen to deploy large scale renewable energy, such as wind plant plan, has been launched, but the current development is still lagging behind the developed countries. In the future, government would boost the deployment of renewable energy and also the development of smart grid as a priority. This paper would use the gathered information to investigate a set of scenarios with a mixture of different primary fuels using MATPOWER toolbox. The investigation would also observe the specific suggestions of public energy policy and green energy subsidy. A sensitivity study to the possible fluctuation of fuel prices with optimization simulation would also be included.
