摘要
By comparing the integrated intensities of both superstructure reflection and fundamentals one, the x-ray diffraction study of temperature dependence of long-range order parameter of Fe-Al alloy is carried out. The equiatomic Fe-Al alloy with different degrees of ordering is taken for investigations. Frequency-dependent optical conductivity of a given alloy is investigated by the Beattie-method measurement of ellipsometry parameters, Delta-shift of phases between p- and s-components of an electric vector of the light wave reflected from a specimen of Psi-an azimuth of restored linear polarization, in a range of spectrum hnu = 0.07-4.9 eV at a dependence of optical conductivity and their distortions are resented, and causes of change of long-range order at the order-disorder transformation are considered.
