摘要：
Using the thought of the value-chain to represent the valuable activities of information management, also importing the concept of the important contribution of the knowledge activity, thus lays the foundation on the theory for the performance prism to evaluate information management, pointing out the framework of the performance prism. Point out the concrete indices of every panel. Calculate the weight of every index with the approach of the level, which is favorable to next appraisal research.
