摘要
First this paper gives the definition of Generalized projects, then raises the three-dimensional structural model of Generalized project risk element transmission based on the analysis of the existing Generalized project management problems. That is to give out the general and representative three dimensional model of Generalized project element transmission, which includes the application dimension of Generalized project (including economic evaluation, synthetic evaluation, network planning, etc.), the risk element transmission route dimension (including relationship-based, level-based, network-based, tree-based, etc.), the risk element transmission methods dimension (including analysis methods, simulation methods, state portfolio methods, etc.) This model is an important part of the Generalized project risk element transmission theory.
