摘要
The present study had as its central purpose to study human rights in a critical, reflexive, democratic and literary approach; from a historical path of human rights it was possible to observe the contradictions and tensions around its universality and generality, since equality and freedom in practice have weights and two measures, on one side is the colonizer and on the other side the colonized; through the hypothetical-deductive method and bibliographic and qualitative research, we analyzed the aspects of human rights education and the study in law and literature, as catalyst tools for the transformation of consumers into thinking, critical, propositional and articulators of social resistance; teaching as a practice of freedom is responsible for giving prominence to oppressed groups and literary work is structural to humanize the interpreters of the law to see the lives that exist beyond the text.
