摘要：
In China, the women's self-defense education in college and university is still in its infancy. University women's self-defense teaching has many problems to be solved. How to carry on the effective teaching combined with the characteristics of the students? How to choose the appropriate teaching methods for effective teaching? The university women's self-defense teaching pays attention to effectiveness. Effective teaching is that teachers should pay attention to inspire students' interest in study; to effectively control the teaching process; effectively achieve the teaching goal; Effectively improve the students' self-defense knowledge and skills. Through effective learning by students, and realize effective teaching.
