摘要：
Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma is a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma with heterogeneous clinical presentations. We report a case diagnosed by a skin biopsy prompted by a gallium-67 scan. A 39-year-old man presented with intermittent fever for 1 year without a definite diagnosis. The scan revealed diffuse uptake in the subcutaneous tissues of the abdominal wall and bilateral thighs. A skin biopsy of the right inner thigh revealed intravascular large B-cell lymphoma. Chemotherapy was begun and the fever subsided accordingly.
