A New Furanocoumarin from the Roots of Angelica oncosepala

摘要
A new furanocoumarin, 5-(2aEuro(3),3aEuro(3)-dihydroxy-3aEuro(3)-methylbutyloxy)-8-(2aEuro(3)aEuro(2)-hydroxy-3aEuro(3)aEuro(2)-methyl-3aEuro(3)aEuro(2)-butylenoxy)-psoralen, named oncosepalin B (1), was isolated from the roots of Angelica oncosepala. The structure of the new compound was identified on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectra analysis. Compound 1 showed weak inhibition of HL-60 human tumor cell line with an IC50 value of 17.05 mu M.
