摘要
Leaves of 16 mostly Polish cultivars of red raspberry (Rubus idaeus), black raspberry (Rubus occidentalis), and blackberry (Rubus fruticosus), collected twice within two seasons, were analyzed for the phenolics content (Folin and Ciocalteu assay) and compn. (high performance liq. chromatog.) as well as for their antioxidant activity (ferric ion reducing antioxidant power assay and electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometry). Significant differences between cultivars and between terms of harvests in all measured parameters were revealed. The leaves of red raspberry 'Polka' and of blackberry were the richest ones in phenolic and antioxidant compds.
