Substituted bis(phthalocyanines): electrochemical properties and probe beam deflection (mirage) studies

摘要
Lutetium bis(phthalocyanine) has been shown to form intrinsic molecular semiconductors under the form of thin films. Unsubstituted and substituted lutetium complexes have been studied by electrochemistry to measure the number of charges exchanged during the redox processes together with the probe beam deflection (mirage) technique in order to determine the nature and the direction of the flux of ions coming in or out of the molecular thin him layer when oxidation or reduction occurs.
