摘要
The tautomeric constant of the nucleoside analogue P has been calculated and the kinetic parameters for the incorporation of dPTP by exo-Klenow have been determined. A strong correlation between the two suggests a role for the minor tautomeric forms of the bases in substitution mutagenesis during DNA replication.
