摘要：

This manuscript tries to explore the success factors for effective implementation of green manufacturing in Small and medium scale manufacturing organizations (SME's). Responses are obtained from 36 top management leaders in SME's spread at different geographical locations within India through green manufacturing questionnaire. The reliability of the data obtained is verified and validated through stat tests. It was noticed from the analysis of the data obtained from the survey that the eight parameters are acceptable and the study can be taken forward for further analysis. Paper is focused on pilot study of the various parameters that effect implementation of green manufacturing practices. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
