摘要
The group delay of a high efficiency Ka-band Coupled-Cavity Traveling-Wave Tube has been simulated and optimized with Microwave Tube Simulation Suite (MTSS). By increasing the opening angle of the coupling slot and adjusting the periodic length of the coupled cavity, the group delay of the Ka-band CCTWT is successfully reduced to less than 1ns.
