摘要
This paper constructs a rural-urban overlapping-generations model to study the effects of skill decision on migratory utility. There are two periods,in the first period a rural representative labor makes a training decision, in the second period a rural labor makes a migration decision. Under the framework of Chinese "Sunshine Project", ten optimizations are constructed. Equilibria analysis shows decision-making characteristics of a representative rural labor. The research shows improvement of skill formation may influence migration patterns.
