摘要
In order to examine the performance of electro-hydraulic servo-valve applied to aero turbo engines, a mathematical model of a typical two-stage electro-hydraulic servo-valve was established. Under SIMULINK simulations were performed at varied fuel supply pressures. The model was validated with the experimental data. Simulation results showed that the flow rates decrease and the dynamic process are characterized from overshoot to no-overshoot when the supply pressures decrease. First order-lag transfer functions were obtained having varied valve gains and time constants for the relationship of the spool position and input voltage.
