摘要：
The essential oil isolated from the flowers and leaves of the plant Trachyspermum ammi (L.) Sprague has been analyzed by a combination of GUMS, GC, retention indices, IR, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR spectra. The oil obtained by hydrodistillation was shown to contain isothymol (51.1%), p-cymene (14.1%), thymol (13.0%), limonene (11.8%) and gamma-terpinene (6.8%) as major constituents.
