摘要：
The efficacy of epiduroscopy on chronic low back pain was evaluated by prospective study of 234 patients. Mechanical adhesiolysis was performed with targeted administration of ozone and ciprofloxacin. Both the short and long term efficacies were evaluated and good pain relief associated with improvement in abilities was obtained.
