摘要
Heating the two solids ZnS and Zn3P2 and iodine in a temperature gradient (e. g. 1000 900 'Q the mixed phases ZnS: P (0,7%) (ZnS1-xP0,67x, x = 0... 0,019) and Zn3P2:S (1,2%) (Zn3P2-xS1,5x, x = 0... 0,005) are formed at 900degrees. Lattice parameters of Zn3P2 decrease if phophide ions are substituted by sulphide ions. Lattice parameters of ZnS increase if sulphide ions are substituted by phosphide ions. The solid/gas reactions are discussed.
