摘要：

The Web application framework that integrates the framework technology of Spring MVC, Spring, and Hibernate can improve the reusability of the project module. The aim of this paper is to design and implement the staff training system, which focuses on staff and has been applied in enterprises. The system uses the MVC programming model based on the aforementioned kinds of frameworks. In addition, it also discusses the functional modules of the system, as well as the analysis of the technical principles of the SSH framework.
