摘要
The light-emitting diodes with functional multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were fabricated where MWNTs were dispersed in a conducting polymer as a hole-conducting buffer. The light-emitting diodes based on MWNTs modified electrode had twice the external quantum efficiency compared with the standard indium-tin-oxide (ITO)-based electrodes. The MWNTs were prepared by refluxing with HNO3:H2SO4 for 30 min. and the MWNT suspension was prepared by dispensing 5 mg functional MWNTs in 10-6 m3 deionized water with ultrasonic agitation. It was observed that the threshold voltage reduced with the improvement of MWNTs concentration in PSSNa:PVA mixture and the device turned bright more easily.
