摘要
Ion exchanged ETS-4 samples by Cs+, Mg2+, and Ba2+ cations were analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction at 150 K. Structural data obtained from low temperature (LT) experiment are compared with the room temperature (RT) ones obtained from the same samples. The study shows that the low temperature conditions ensure precise determination of atomic positions and minimize the effects of atomic thermal vibration and positional disorder.
