P2P-Based Community Resource Sharing Model

Most of popular e-learning systems are not suitable for mutual learning community, because of its characteristics of the distribution of learning resources. To address the above problem, we proposed a novel community-based learning resources sharing model, which based on a two-layered P2P network for scalability and robustness, the resource node layer is responsible for the publish and storage of learning resources of itself, and the agent node layer takes charge of the retrieval of learning resources in the community. In this paper, we described in detail the formation of two layers of the community, introduced the package and index of learning resource, and put forward the algorithm of distributed publish and retrieval of learning resources.
