Wegener's granulomatosis is a necrotizing vasculitis characterized by respiratory tract involvement and focal glomerulonephritis. pare presentations include abdominal pain as a result of gut involvement, pericarditis, cardiac arteritis and blindness, Detection of antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies should not be used as a substitute for a histological diagnosis.
