Labor participation rate is a measure of population participation in social labor indicators, reflecting the extent of a regional labor force to participate in social and economic activities, but also reflect the level of economic activity and development. In the labor market, male labor often occupy the majority of the proportion, therefore, the study of male labor force participation rate analysis of market labor force participation rate is of great significance. In this paper, from the perspective of labor economics, research and analysis of China's different age in different years, different levels of male labor force participation rate of change and its causes and found that China's male labor force participation rate is declining, and there is a clear age, urban and rural differences.
