摘要
According to the study on existing problems of traditional coal mine emergency response plan, this paper puts forward the combined emergency response plan system. First, the definition and the framework-picture of coal mine fateful accident combined emergency response plan system were offered; Secondly, general control procedure, professional procedure, supportive procedure and their organizational structures, material contents were introduced in detail, combined emergency response plan system is a contrast to traditional emergency response plan system; Finally, It was summarized that coal mine fateful accident combined emergency response plan system has the characteristic of systemic, well-organized and pertinence, also the combined emergency response plan system can provide guidance to coal mine emergency response plan's composing.
