摘要
Recently, Energy Storage (ES) technologies have a crucial role in the power system. Additionally, increasing loads needs more capacity in the system and accordingly network expansion planning would be required. In this paper two aspects i.e. Microgrid aggregator and Energy Storage (ES) planning are integrated. It goes without saying that installing new ES capacities in the distribution level costs less than constructing new generators so considering ES, energy can be stored during extra production times and used when it is needed such that there is no need to pay for investment cost for new candidate components. Therefore, storing the extra production related to renewable resources is the goal of ES planning in this paper. An ES expansion approach in the presence of Microgrid aggregator is formulized linearly without using any approximation. Moreover, the effect of renewable resources such as wind turbines is considered and the effect of uncertainty related to renewable production in addition to load uncertainty are considered by a new stochastic model. A modified IEEE 6-Bus test system is implemented to illustrate the helpfulness of the presented model.
