摘要：

We use the generating functional method to consider the perturbation theory for the Matsubara operator for the Frohlich model of an electron-phonon system. We obtain expressions determining the perturbed Hamiltonian of the electron-phonon system and the effective Hamiltonian of the electron system after averaging over phonon states.
