摘要
This paper discusses port customer classification based on ID3 algorithm. After the qualitative port customer classification analysis, the paper puts forward the port customer value evaluation indicator system, in which the classification features are selected. Then, an experimental study based on ID3 algorithm is described. Using pretreated customer data from the port ERP system, the experiment generates a decision tree, from which the port customer classification rules are extracted.
