Modeling and analysis of PROFIBUS transmission time delay

摘要
The PROFIBUS transmission time delay property has been studied. Based on the uniform transmission time delay model of fieldbus, the PROFIBUS general and simplified transmission time delay formulas were given, and the important aspects that influence transmission time delay, block time, frame time and respond time of receiver, were summarized. For the case that the address of the node which tries to send message is greater than that of the node which owns the token, PROFIBUS block time mathematical model was proposed, the structure of PROFIBUS block time was analyzed and the parameters which influence message block time were given. The correctness of block time mathematical model has been validated by the simulation. The job of this domain may process certain value for promoting the application and theoretical study of PROFIBUS.
