Rapid Room-Temperature Synthesis of Hierarchical Porous Metal Organic Frameworks

摘要
Rapid room-temperature synthesis of hierarchical porous metal organic framework (H-MOFs) with high spacetime yield (STY) is highly valuable for their widespread applications. Here we developed a simple and facile strategy to rapidly synthesize hierarchical porous Cu-BTC at room temperature by using a cooperative template strategy. The synthesis time was shortened dramatically to within 1 minute, and the resulting material contains micro-, meso-, and macropore structure together with excellent thermal stability. The space-time yield (STY) was as high as 1.0 x 10(4) kg.m(3).d(-1), at least four times higher than any previously reports. This work offers a new direction for the facile and effective synthesis of H-MOFs with high STY.
