摘要
LPG tank under jet fire will cause explosion accident, it is important to study the thermodynamic coupled rules of the gas and liquid phase in LPG tank. Firstly, relating researches are summarized. Secondly, the temperature-pressure coupled model of gas phase and liquid LPG is established based on equation of state, VOF model, and Governing equation of incompressible turbulent. Thirdly, the Shannon wavelet finite element is constructed. Then the convergence criteria and choice of time step are discussed. Finally, thermodynamic coupled simulation analysis of the LPG tank under jet fire is carried out based on ANSYS software, Shannon wavelet finite element method, and test respectively, and the temperature and pressure changing rules of LPG in tank are obtained, the temperature-pressure coupled mechanism is obtained. Results show that the Shannon wavelet finite element method has higher computing precision and efficiency.
