摘要
With the advancement of technology nowadays, the number of electrical home appliances increases, especially for the Internet of Things (IoT) based smart home. Therefore, human becomes immensely dependent with electricity. However, many of us do not aware with the use of electricity. Hence, a lot of energy are just wasted away and thus we are potentially subjected to an expensive electricity bill. In this paper, we propose a mobile application which is able to be run on Android based smartphone. The app is designed to have a high security by implementing a double encryption method, using both RSA and AES algorithm, to encrypt the communication data. Besides, it also has other security features, including privilege and auto lock Moreover, the app can also intelligently control the appliances automatically using the scenario and scheduling feature.
