摘要
We have studied the influence of circular pits arranged in lines perpendicular to the ribbon axis and produced by excimer laser on the domain structure and magnetic anisotropy of FINEMET. We have found that the pitted lines produce demagnetizing field, which produces an additional perpendicular contribution to the anisotropy with various intensity. (C) 2003 Elsevier B.V.
