摘要
The main goal of this work is to model rectangular waveguide multimodal cavities. The characterisation of coupling coefficients between different cavities permits an accuracy filters conception in rectangular waveguides, when the position of coupled iris is varied. The variational multimodal method is used here for modelling multimodal cavities. This method is very suitable because its leads lower matrixes dimension than the [S] generalise matrix method.
